I've been a customer with IBEDC for almost two years now and honestly the power supply in my area has improved sha. They come around to read meters regular and the staff are always professional when they show up. My only real complaint is the billing sef, sometimes I get charged for months I know I barely used power and when you call to query it, getting someone to actually explain the invoice takes forever. Otherwise I don't have much to complain about compared to how things used to be.
