First time using I-Academy Hub for a medical test and the actual lab work was solid, results came back accurate and fast which I appreciated. My complaint though is their booking process sha - took me three calls to understand what documents I needed to bring and the staff kept giving me different information. The technician who did my test was calm and professional but abeg their front desk needs to get their act together. Overall decent place but sort out that registration wahala and you'll be perfect.
