Been using Hytel for my mobile needs since last year and I cant complain much honestly. The staff know what they doing when you go to the shop and they explain things properly unlike some places, but abeg their network coverage in Bauchi sef is terrible sometimes. I'll lose signal in areas where competitors work fine, which is frustrating when you paying for their service. Everything else is solid though and the devices they sell are quality so I keep coming back despite the coverage issue.
