Hotels.ng works well but their website needs updating

I've been using Hotels.ng for months now to book places when I travel for work and honestly it's been solid. The booking process is straightforward and I like that I can compare prices quick quick, but abeg the website sef sometimes shows rooms that are not available when you try to confirm the reservation. Last month I had to call their customer service because a hotel I booked online said they had no record of my reservation and it took almost two hours to sort out even though the site had charged me already. Apart from that issue sha, the platform has saved me time and money compared to calling hotels direct, so I still use it but just double check everything by phone now before I travel.
