Long time customer dropping a review finally because honestly Horwath Hub NG has solid expertise when it comes to hotel and tourism consulting but their follow up communication is terrible sha. I came in for consultation on expanding my shop into tourism services and the consultants gave me really detailed advice that actually made sense, but after that first meeting it took them almost two weeks to send me the promised proposal even though I had to call them three times. For the price they charge abeg the service should include better response time, but I won't lie the strategic direction they gave was worth it in the end.
