Didn't have high hopes honestly when my mum enrolled me in their leadership hub program but the way they structured everything was different from what I expected. One of the instructors actually took time to understand where each of us was coming from instead of just rushing through the material like some places do. Three months in and I can already see how it's affecting how I approach problems at work as an IT tech. Worth the investment for real.
