Came to Hikvision NG because I needed proper surveillance setup for my car and small apartment sha. The products themselves are solid quality and the tech guy explained everything clearly which I appreciated. But abeg their installation team took forever to come do the setup even though I paid in full, and when they finally showed up they were rushing through everything like they had somewhere else to be. Good company but their service delivery needs serious work honestly.
