Came for a quick lunch break and decided to check out their collection since everyone was talking about the sustainability angle. The designs sha are actually beautiful and you can tell they put thought into the pieces, but abeg the whole ordering experience nearly gave me high blood pressure. Took almost an hour just to get someone to properly explain the sizing and then the payment system kept acting up. I like what they stand for but if they don't sort out their customer service and make the ordering faster, I'm not sure I'm coming back even though the quality is there.
