Used HelpStation NG twice now and the emergency response time has been solid both times honestly. Staff know what they doing and the whole health access thing actually works like they say. My one complaint though is their app keeps crashing when I try to book appointments and I have to call instead which defeats the purpose. Otherwise for what they offer I'm satisfied but abeg fix that app thing because it's annoying.
