Long time customer dropping a review finally because I needed to give credit where it's due. Their digital health infrastructure actually works smooth once it's set up and the platform itself does what it's supposed to do, but abeg when you have an issue and need to reach someone it's like pulling teeth. I waited almost three days for a response to my support ticket when my account had a glitch and by then I'd already figured it out myself. Still using them because the actual service is solid but they really need to work on their customer support team because that part no easy.
