Used to be my go-to but last time I came in for a formal wear piece, I waited almost an hour before anyone even acknowledged me standing there. The quality of the heels sha is genuinely nice and the designs are elegant no lie, but that kind of waiting time for a shop owner like me who has my own business to run is just disrespectful. Staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers and the whole experience left a bad taste. Won't be rushing back unless they sort out their service game because good products alone cannot carry bad customer care.
