Long time customer dropping a review finally because I needed to say this. The formal wear collection is actually solid and the quality is there, but abeg the fitting room situation is frustrating sha. Last week I went to try three pieces and had to wait almost 20 minutes before someone came to help me with the cubicle, meanwhile other customers were getting attended to. Everything else about the shopping experience was good honestly, staff was friendly and the pieces I ended up buying have held up well, but they need to sort that fitting room management quick quick because a woman trying on formal wear shouldn't be kept waiting like that.
