Healthview Africa seemed like the place to handle what I needed after my doctor's referral and they did attend to me fairly quick which was good. The diagnostic equipment looked modern enough and the staff explained the procedure before they started, I appreciate that part sha. My complaint though is the follow up support was basically nonexistent after everything was done, nobody called to check how I was doing or if results were clear, and honestly for what they charged me I expected better coordination between departments. Mixed feelings really because the service itself wasn't bad but the whole experience felt incomplete.
