Came for a diagnostic service last month and the tools they use are really top quality, I'll give them that much. But chai, the waiting time sha nearly killed me because even with an appointment I sat there for almost an hour before anyone attended to me and by then I was already annoyed. The technician who finally did the work was competent and explained everything clearly which I appreciated, but for what they charge you'd think they'd have their scheduling sorted out. I'm still on the fence about going back honestly, depends if they fix this waiting problem or not.
