Came for a wellness diagnostic package and the staff were actually helpful explaining everything about the tests and what to expect. The whole process was smooth and the results came back quick which was impressive. My only gripe is that I had to wait almost 50 minutes even though I booked an appointment beforehand and there wasn't even that many people ahead of me. For what they charge honestly the appointment system should mean you don't waste time like that but overall the actual service was solid.
