I've been with HealthGuard for almost two years now and honestly the medical care coverage has been solid, my claims process was smooth and I can access decent hospitals around Yola without stress. What annoyed me though is their online portal sha, trying to check my claim status or update my information is like solving a puzzle, website is slow and sometimes I can't even log in properly. For a health insurance company in 2024 you'd think they'd get their technology right but aside from that complaint, I'm satisfied with what they offer for the price.
