I've been with Health Maintenance for almost two years now and the insurance coverage is solid sha, claims process has been straightforward the few times I needed it. My only real complaint is their online portal for checking policy details and submitting documents is clunky as hell — takes forever to load and half the time you can't even download your statements properly. Good service overall but they need to fix that website because asking me to come into their office every time I need something is not it in 2024.
