I've tried Health-Flow HMO for months now and honestly the insurance coverage itself is solid, claims process is straightforward, and I appreciate how easy it is to access my benefits. My only real complaint sha is their online portal takes forever to load, sometimes I have to refresh like five times before my policy details show up properly. For a modern health hub in 2024 that's just not acceptable but everything else they do works fine so I can't complain too much.
