Came for a diagnostic test and the staff were actually helpful explaining everything clearly which I appreciated. Results came back fast and accurate so I can't complain about the quality. My only issue was sitting there for almost 50 minutes before anyone called my name even though I had an appointment, and the place was not even that busy. For the price they charge you'd think they'd manage time better but overall the experience was solid
