Came for a consultation about their logistics services since I needed help coordinating some medical supplies for the hospital and I must say the initial pitch was promising. The staff member who attended to me explained their supply chain solutions pretty well and seemed knowledgeable but when it came to actual timelines and delivery tracking they were vague and kept saying they would get back to me. Waited almost two weeks for a follow up and nothing, had to call them myself and even then the response felt rushed like they had forgotten about me entirely. For what they charging and the reputation they claim to have, better coordination from their end would not kill them abeg.
