Long time customer dropping a review finally because I had to complain about something. The hampers themselves are beautiful and well curated sha, perfect for the gifts I've sent to clients in my fashion business, but last month I ordered for a wedding and they took almost two weeks to have it ready when they promised five days. By the time it arrived the event was practically over and I looked stupid honestly.
