Came for a quick hair design appointment and I swear I sat there for almost an hour after my scheduled time sha. The stylist did decent work when she finally got to me and the design came out clean, but that wait time nearly made me lose my mind. The place itself is presentable and they have good ideas for styles but if you're a busy person like me, the disorganization will frustrate you. I'll probably go back because the actual work is solid, but they really need to respect people's time better.
