My friend dragged me here for their hair planning service and the setup is actually beautiful sha. The staff were friendly enough but I waited almost an hour before they even started attending to me even though I had booked ahead. The final result looked good don't get me wrong but for how long the whole thing took and what they charged I expected faster service. I'll probably give them another try but only if I have the whole day to spare honestly.
