I've tried here for months now and the quality of their gift items is honestly solid. They got variety for days sha, the staff know their business, but my main wahala is the waiting time. Last time I came to pick up something I ordered, had to wait almost an hour even though I called ahead. For a place that's supposed to be leading in their game, the efficiency needs serious work.
