Came for a quick touch up on my extensions and the hair quality sha is really top notch, the textures and everything looked exactly like the pictures online. But abeg the waiting time nearly frustrated me out of there, I had an appointment and still sat for almost 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me. The girl who finally attended to me was lovely and professional with the service itself, she knew exactly what she was doing. Overall the products are quality but they need to work on their scheduling or something because that wait was unnecessary for a booked appointment.
