Good app but customer service na another level

Been using GTBank's mobile app for my fashion business transactions and it's smooth sha — transfers go through fast and the interface is clean. But abeg, try calling their customer service line when you have issues and see if you won't age 10 years waiting. Last month I had a charge I didn't recognize and spent 3 days trying to get someone to explain it to me. The app itself is solid and that's why I'm not dropping below 3, but their support team needs serious retraining because one person shouldn't make you consider switching banks sef.
