I've been banking with them for years and the staff dem are always helpful when you finally get to them. But last week I went there around 2pm and the queue was just... chai, e no easy. I stood there for almost an hour watching one cashier while three others were just doing their thing at the back, and abeg nobody even came to explain what was happening. Still giving them 4 stars because everything else works well, but that day annoyed me small small.
