The staff were helpful when they finally got to me, but abeg that waiting time was something else. I came in around 2pm on a Tuesday and stood for almost 45 minutes watching three tellers move slow like tortoise while people behind the counter were just chatting. The app works fine sha, transfers quick quick, but if you ever need to do anything in person dem better don bring your whole day. E no easy.
