Came against my better judgment and tried this place out for a microfinance loan and honestly the whole thing went smooth. The staff explained everything clear clear, no hidden charges or nonsense, and they actually approved me within reasonable time which surprised me. My only gripe though is that even with an appointment I still waited almost an hour before someone called my name abeg. Apart from that whole waiting wahala, I got what I needed and the loan terms were fair, so I'm not complaining too much but next time they need to manage their queue better.
