Came to check out their custom school plans after my colleague recommended them and I gotta say the concept is solid but the execution sha left me hanging. The staff took forever to explain what they actually offer and by the time someone got around to sitting with me properly I had already waited almost an hour. The packages themselves look decent on paper and I can see how they'd help parents plan better but for the price they're charging I expected someone to follow up with me after I left and till now nothing. Not sure if I'm going back sef but maybe if they sort out their service speed I might give them another try.
