Reluctantly agreed to come here and check out their financial services after my uncle wouldn't stop going on about them. The staff were actually helpful when I finally got to speak to someone, but the waiting time sha was something else I no go lie. Waited almost an hour before anyone attended to me even though the place wasn't even that busy, which was frustrating considering how much they charge for their services. Good people but they need to sort out their customer flow because I almost didn't bother coming back.
