Regular customer here and I must say Greenwich Trust has made handling my financial matters way less stressful than I expected. The staff actually took time to explain everything to me without making me feel stupid about questions I was asking, which sha is rare these days. What got me most was how they followed up after setting things up to make sure everything was working fine on my end. For an IT guy like me who is used to dealing with technical people, their approach felt different in a good way and I appreciate that kind of attention to detail.
