Came to check out their secondary education program because my cousin was considering it and I wanted to see what they offer. The skill-building side is actually solid and the teachers know their stuff, but the whole experience felt disorganized from day one. Waited almost an hour just to speak to someone about enrollment even though I had an appointment, and when the administrator finally came she seemed more bothered than helpful. For what they charging, the administrative process alone should not be this frustrating because first impression matters and they already lost me at the gate.
