Wasn't even planning to come but my friend who runs a small business dragged me to Grapes Media for social media help and I was actually impressed with what they showed me. The team knew their stuff about web design and posting strategy, explained everything clearly which I appreciated. My only complaint though is following up was like pulling teeth, took them almost two weeks to send me the final designs after they said three days. Overall decent people doing solid work, just need to work on their timeline communication na.
