Came to check out their school planning service after my neighbor wouldn't stop talking about it and I won't lie the team was knowledgeable sha. They sat down with me and explained everything about styling and planning options in a way that actually made sense, not that usual jargon nonsense. My one complaint though is I waited almost 50 minutes before anyone attended to me even though I had an appointment, and that nearly made me leave. Overall decent experience and their work speaks for itself but they need to sort out the timing thing for real.
