I wasn't sure at first but Gown Guru actually delivered what they promised with the social media strategy stuff. The content ideas they suggested for my school's Instagram page got way more engagement than what I was doing before and I could see the difference almost immediately. My only gripe though is that communication could be faster because sometimes I'd wait days for a response to simple questions when they could just send a quick message. Overall though for what I paid them, the results were there and I'm not mad about it.
