Frequent customer here and I must say Gombe Water Board has been helpful with our utility management needs. The consulting team actually knows their stuff and answered all my questions about the data system without making me feel stupid. My only gripe is that their online portal takes forever to load sometimes especially when I'm trying to pull reports quickly for work. Overall though I'll keep using them, just wish they'd fix that portal issue because it costs me time as someone always on the move.
