Not my usual kind of place but a work trip brought me to Gombe Jewel and I must say the rooms themselves are actually well maintained and comfortable for business travelers like me. The problem sha is how long everything takes from check-in to getting service in the restaurant area, I waited almost 30 minutes just to order food when there was barely anyone else around. The facilities are nice and the location works but for what they're charging, the staff need to move faster because waiting that long for basic service is not it. Would come back if they sort out the waiting time issue but right now it's borderline.
