Came to check out what all the fuss about Golden Guinea was because my colleague won't stop talking about their brews. The quality of the actual product sha is solid — you can taste the pride they take in the heritage and everything. But getting attended to was like pulling teeth, waited almost 30 minutes before anyone even asked what I wanted, and the guy at the counter had an attitude for no reason. I'll probably go back because the product itself is worth it, but sef they need to sort out their customer service game because that part kills the whole vibe.
