Wasn't enthusiastic but came anyway and honestly Global-Diagnostics handled my diagnostic appointment well. The staff knew their onions and explained everything clearly which I appreciated, but I waited almost 50 minutes past my scheduled time even though I booked in advance. For what they charge, that kind of delay is not on and they need to sort that out. Everything else was fine though, so 4 stars is fair.
