Came to pick up a pair of formal shoes I ordered and waited almost 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me standing there. The girl at the counter was more interested in her phone than helping customers honestly. When she finally attended to me the shoes looked good quality and fit well which is why I'm not giving them lower, but that wait time and her attitude nearly ruined the whole thing for me. Won't be rushing back anytime soon e no easy.
