Came to use their concierge service for a corporate gift and the staff actually understood what I needed which was refreshing. The whole process took longer than promised sha, almost two hours when they said one hour, and I'm not sure if it was poor planning or just too many clients that day. The final gift package they put together was thoughtful and the person I'm giving it to will appreciate it, but I no go lie the wait time almost spoiled the whole thing for me. If they can sort out their timing issues I'd come back, but right now it feels like their service is good but their coordination needs work.
