Came to celebrate my sister's birthday and wanted to get her something special from Gift Bunny NG. The personalized items look really good honestly, the packaging is beautiful and they have decent options for customization. But abeg the time it took to get everything sorted was something else na. I spent almost an hour there when they told me it would be 20 minutes, and nobody really explained what was taking so long. The product itself is worth it I guess but that waiting experience almost ruined the whole vibe of the visit.
