Long time customer dropping a review finally because honestly Giant Step School Two has the aesthetic appeal sha. The place looks well designed and they've got quality stuff for school decorations and all that, but my last visit the staff took forever to help me even though the place wasn't busy. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes before someone came to assist me with a quote for classroom setup, and by then I was already frustrated. Good products and the environment is nice, but e no easy when customer service moves at that pace.
