Stepped out of my comfort zone and tried GetEquity because I wanted to understand how startup investing works as a young teacher trying to grow my money. The platform itself is solid and the equity investment options are real, but abeg the onboarding took me almost two weeks because their documentation requirements were not clear at all. I had to call multiple times before someone explained what they needed from me. Overall though once I got past that wahala, the experience has been smooth and I can see potential here, just wish they made the beginning part easier for first timers like me.
