First time using a service like this and Gateway Medicare did handle my tests properly sha, staff knew what they were doing and explained everything to me. My only gripe though is I made an appointment for 2pm and didn't get attended to until almost 3 and half hours later, like what's the point of booking a time slot if they won't respect it. Results came back on time which was good I won't lie, but abeg that waiting period nearly killed me. Will go back because the actual diagnostic work was solid but they need to sort out their appointment system.
