Insurance claim process needs serious work

Was skeptical at first but my phone screen cracked so I decided to try Gamp's repair coverage since I had their insurance. The claim approval took almost three weeks and they kept asking for the same documents over and over sef. When the repair was finally done, the phone worked fine but nobody followed up to ask if I was satisfied or anything. Service is there but the waiting and back and forth made the whole thing frustrating for something that should be straightforward.
