Frequent customer here and I must say Galaxy Backbone has been handling our agency's ICT infrastructure pretty well overall. The technical team knows their stuff and the systems they set up for us have been solid sha. My only real complaint is when we had that server issue last month, it took them almost three days to respond to our calls even though we're supposedly priority clients. For government work where downtime costs money, that kind of waiting around is not acceptable but everything else about their service has been on point.
