Used to be my go-to but the last time I ordered a phone charger, it arrived quick which I'll give them credit for, but the thing stopped working after two weeks and getting them to acknowledge the issue was like pulling teeth sha. The app is straightforward and ordering process is smooth honestly, but when something goes wrong their customer service just disappears on you. For the price they charge, I expected better quality control or at least someone to pick up the phone when you have a problem. I'm still deciding if I want to risk ordering from them again because the speed is there but the product quality and after-sales support is what's letting them down.
