The designer who worked with me understood what I wanted and the social media strategy they laid out made sense for my business. But chai, the delivery timeline was a whole thing sha - promised two weeks and it dragged to almost a month, and by the time everything was ready some of the ideas felt outdated already. For the price they charge, I expected better project management, not just good ideas on paper.
